Eligibility :
- (a) MD/MS (Allopathy) :
In Service regularly appointed (HPH -1) HP Health cadre candidates who have completed two years in Tribal/difficult areas OR have completed three years in rurual areas which may or may not include tribal / difficult area (including adhoc / contact service followed by regular service) and should have minimum 15 years of service left for superannuation after completion of PG Degree/Diploma course AND Graduate of IGMC, Shimla & RPGMC Tandc (Kangra), bonafide Himachalis, children of H.P. Government employees and employees of Autonomous Bodies wholly or partially financed by H.P. Government getting admission to MBBS course through CBSE or any other All India Entrance Examination in MCI/GOI recognised Medical Colleges in India are eligible to apply for this test.
- (b) MDS :
In service regularly appointed GDOs (Medical Officer, Dental) H.P. Dental Health cadre Candidates who have completed two years in Tribal areas OR have completed three years in rural areas (including adhoc/contact service followed by regular service) and should have minimum 15 years service for superannuation after completing P.G. Course AND Graduates of Dental Colleges recognised by DCI provided they are bonafide Himachails, Children of H.P. Government employees or autonomous bodies wholly or partially financed by H.P. Government possessing BDS Degree from any Dental College duly recognised by Dental Council of India
