Post Graduation in Management from countries like USA, Canada and U.K. is one of the most lucrative ways to get into the corporate world where the whole action takes place. Countries like Australia and New Zealand add to the list of destinations for doing management courses abroad. More than 500 institutes in US offer business management programs while Canada and U.K. also have sizeable number of universities offering management courses.

U.S.A./ Canada

• 16 years of undergraduate education.
• GMAT Score (in most of the universities).
• TOEFL/PG In Management (language test mandatory for international students).
• Minimum of two to three years of work experience. Though some universities may accept you without any work experience, preference will be given to candidates with work experience.

U.K./Australia

• Indian graduation system of three years for entry into the MBA program.
• You need to take either the TOEFL or PG In Management for admission to an MBA program.
• Minimum of two to three years of work experience. Around five to six UK universities that accept students who have no experience.
• GMAT is accepted and recommended by many universities. However, most UK universities are flexible about this criterion and it is not a mandatory requirement.

New Zealand

• Minimum of two to three years of work experience.
• GMAT is accepted and recommended by many universities.
• Indian graduation system of three years for entry into the MBA program.
• You need to take either the TOEFL or PG In Management for admission to an MBA program.

PG is Sciences, Humanities etc.
Apart from management education there are various other post graduation courses that one can pursue at foreign universities. These courses vary from Master in Sciences (MS) Humanities, Medicine to Arts. The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is a pre-requisite for applying to various universities in these courses. Also the international students need to appear for TOEFL or PG In Management as the language test to apply for advanced education.

PhD Programs
PhD programs are offered by various universities in U.S.A., Canada for students who want to pursue research in their field of specialization. Basically most of these courses form extension of the Masters Programs offered by these universities. The duration of these programs goes up till 5 years and heavy grants are available to students opting for these programs. The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is a pre-requisite for applying to various universities in these courses along with language test TOEFL/PG In Management (depending upon the requirement of the university).
